Licensing

How to activate and manage your Proxus license keys.

Proxus uses a centralized licensing model. You do not need to license individual Edge Gateways or Drivers.

License Types

volunteer_activism

Community

Free for non-commercial use. Limited to 5 devices.

Enterprise

Unlimited devices, full features, 24/7 support.

Activation

Log in to the Central Management UI.
Navigate to System > License.
Enter your license key provided by the sales team.
The system will validate the key online and unlock features.

Offline Activation

For air-gapped environments, please contact support to generate an offline license file.

Limits

Your license may restrict:

Total Tag Count: The sum of all tags across all gateways.
Retention: How long data is stored in the Hot Storage.
Users: Number of concurrent UI users.
